I was in Italy 3 months ago, and my meal here was on par with the authentic cuisine I had overseas. We got the burrata with fig and prosciutto anti pasto, and selected 2 dinner special items, followed by a dreamy, cloud like tiramisu. A glass of the Pecorino white paired perfectly with our courses. An exceptional dinner that i would recommend anyone to go try for themselves!

It was 7 p.m. on a Saturday night and I had a hankering for a lamb shank. Spiazzo came up in my search so I gave them a call. Number was busy but I decided to head over and take the chance that they would have a seat available. I got lucky and found a parking space just a few doors down. I walked in and they had a table immediately available. A few minutes later the waitress came by and said, "Let me know if you have any questions." She then disappeared for about 15 minutes before coming back to take my order. I ordered a glass of the Pinot noir, the mussels and the lamb shank. The Pinot noir arrived first and tasted suspiciously like a Chianti but it was good enough. The mussels had a nice flavor. And then the lamb shank arrived. It was the best lamb shank I've ever had in my life. Absolutely superb. Service was very friendly, even if a bit slow at first. Would definitely recommend
