I inquired about catering for a birthday party of ~15. Daniel suggested Brisket and Pulled Pork. I had no clue how much I should order for this party size but he helpfully suggested the proportion. I appreciated that Daniel was attentive to our needs and we got our food on time. The sides of pickled onions, pickles, and sauce were delicious as well. The group cleared the trays with little leftovers so it was the perfect amount. Thank you to Daniel and Lareina!

Unlike many of the photos posted on Google reviews, most of my order was about 80% fat and only 20% meat, with just a few pieces that looked normal. It was very disappointing to pay this price for a pound of BBQ and end up with so much inedible fat. That said, the small amount of meat I did get had good flavor, which makes the quality of the cut all the more frustrating.
