The burgers are delicious. It's definitely better than in and out. The only thing that cuts the rating is the size of the burger for the price. But the quality is there. We tried the shakes, which we had to have remade to add malt powder to thicken it up. The mango lemonade was VERY tart. There are a lot of things that aren't available on the kiosk customization menus, but employees can help modify if you tell them in time. Open until 11pm is a plus too. We've had a variety of employee interactions, some are really helpful and completely willing to accommodate our requests, and other interactions where employees literally roll their eyes when you ask something of them that takes them away from their conversation with another employee.
