This was my first time trying hot pot, and Shabu Shack made it unforgettable! From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great vibe. We let our waitress know it was our first time, and she was incredibly helpful — walking us through the process step by step with patience and a smile. The service was top-notch, and every single item we tried was fresh and flavorful. Even the dessert was amazing! I’m so glad we chose Shabu Shack for our first hot pot experience — we’ll definitely be back to Sacramento just for this!

Fantastic little place with quick service and delicious food. We tried three of the different broths and they were all amazing. The vegetable portions were generous and the meat super tasty.
