The people who work here are very nice. They let me sit where ever I wanted. The food was 10/10 high quality. I will be back. Very nice counter too.

TLDR: Sub-par sushi that’s overpriced and a waay pretentious & snobby service in a sushi heaven city like SF. Hard Pass!! First visit was OK - nothing to write home about. Decent handrolls, limited options, OK prices. Worth checking out if you are a hand roll fan and want a quick dinner. So decided to swing by for a second visit on a Saturday at 7 pm. There were 7-8 open seats at the bar and we were seated right at the end by the restroom. Asked if we could move to one of the seats farther away from the bathroom etc and we were told that bigger parties might be coming - OK but a bit weird since they don’t take reservations. And literally a minute later a couple was seated at the seats we we were inquiring about. Great way to alienate your customers at a bar seating setup with 6+ open seats - good job.
