No se si el hecho de que Trump influya en qué no hablen español para no quedar mal sea correcto. Conocí ese lugar hace algunos años y me pareció genial la atención del personal Argentino orgullosamente hablando español y ahora parece que es un delito hablarles en español. Muy mal la verdad, negar tus raíces latinas.

This is a simply fabulous place to meet friends & enjoy excellent Italian food. The menu is extensive. Having eaten here more than a dozen times I can report that everything is well prepared, generously portioned and delicious. Service is perfect, friendly & attentive. Highly recommended!

Wir haben mittags im Piazza Pellegrini gegessen und uns für Pizza entschieden – und die war wirklich hervorragend. Beide Pizzen hatten eine perfekte Größe, waren großzügig und hochwertig belegt, der Teig war angenehm kross, aromatisch und genau richtig gewürzt. Für Pizza kann ich das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen – hier stimmt Qualität und Geschmack. Weniger überzeugend war allerdings der Caesar Salad. Schon beim ersten Bissen hatte ich das Gefühl, dass etwas nicht ganz passt: geschmacklich merkwürdig, nicht so frisch und nicht das, was ich von einem klassischen Caesar Salad erwartet hätte. Etwa 1,5 Stunden nach dem Essen bekam ich zudem Magenprobleme. Ob das nun tatsächlich mit dem Salat zusammenhing, kann ich nicht mit Sicherheit sagen – es ist nur eine Vermutung. Interessant war, dass die anderen drei in unserer Runde, die den Salat nicht gegessen hatten, keinerlei Probleme hatten. Unterm Strich: Für die Pizza allein lohnt sich ein Besuch definitiv, die war wirklich top. Beim Caesar Salad würde ich allerdings das nächste Mal lieber etwas anderes wählen. Deshalb 4 Sterne – klare Empfehlung für Pizza, Abzug für den enttäuschenden Salat.
