The pho ga was the best I've ever had (which makes sense given the name). The broth was super savory and not noticeably sweet as it has been at other pho places I've been to. The chicken had some skin and I believe a mixture of dark and white meat and was very flavorful. It reminded me of Hainanese chicken rice (which I consider a positive thing) possibly because the broth had scallions and it was served with a side of minced ginger (it might have been ginger and garlic, not sure)). My partner got the grilled pork vermicelli which was also quite good.
