Chicken was good, moist and juicy. Spare ribs a bit tough to chew. Chicken is 5 stars, spare ribs is 3 stars.

Ein absolutes Must Have! Pete liebt sein Essen und man weiß es nach dem ersten Bissen auch. Aber Stück für Stück. Die Karte ist übersichtlich mit Hähnchen, Pute, Roastbeef und Ribs. Zumindest als Dinner mit Backkartoffel und Salat. Salat meint natürlich auch coleslaw was das ganze geradezu natürlich abrundet. Die Ribs sind mit oder ohne zusätzlichen Pinselstrich BBQ-Sauce zu haben. Keine Frage mit Sauce muss einfach sein. Der Platz ist im Laden eher bescheiden aber sauber und original auf das Essen zentriert. Plastikbesteck ist jetzt nicht das Optimum aber gehört zu den USA wie eine Coke dazu. Wer mit dem Auto kommt wird ein wenig suchen müssen und wird eher nicht direkt vor der Tür stehen. Aber wie auch immer- es lohnt sich. Wie sagt ein Mitbewerber aus der Fastfoodfraktion - Finger licking good - was ich gegen phantastic austauschen würde.
