I got their chicken sandwich level 2 and their wings at level 3. The chicken sandwich didn't taste spicy at all to me so I kind of wished I got level 3 for my sandwich also. The wings were spicy and a bit painful to eat, but it wasn't too bad where it was inedible. I don't think I would ever get level 4 though unless it's just for bragging rights saying that I tried it because I know it'll probably taste horrible and the spice will be intolerable! I thought their chicken sandwich was very crunchy and it was huge! I shared it with my husband, but it didn't really wow me nor do I have cravings to go back. We got there in the morning and it was basically dead. No one else was there and the bowling alley was closed, which added more to the emptiness. No parking lot, only street parking, but we found a spot right away at the nearby residential homes.

This is an example of a restaurant that doesn't have a lot of different items on the menu but makes those items well. Heard a lot about this place, so had to come this way. First off, it's located to the right of the bowling alley and the bar. They also make burgers. The menu includes a few other items, and as I mentioned earlier they don't have many options but I've they make them well. I ordered the Hot Chicken Sandwich, level 1. The guy taking my order was kind enough to give me examples of the two levels I inquired about. "Level 2? That's habanero hot." Heck no, I said. So I asked about level 1. "That's Sriracha hot." I figured I could handle that so that's what I ordered. I also ordered a churro 5 pack for the kids. The guy said it would take 12-15 minutes, so we waited. I think there might have been a backup because it took a little bit longer. We didn't mind because my wife and I didn't have much to do. But that's the thing to remember if you order here: that it'll be a wait for your food, especially if there are others there. Upon getting home, I had the sandwich. Can I say it was... Amazing?! Holy smokes! The chicken patty was bigger than the potato bun itself. I'm guessing each order is made to order, because I could taste the Sriracha inside the coating and the chicken itself. The slaw and the sauce were amazing as well. Level 1 isn't too hot... For me. For my wife it was lol. She couldn't take the heat. All in all, I'd give 5 stars to both the restaurant and the food. If you can wait, it's well worth it.
