This is hands down the best Vietnamese food in San Mateo County! The ingredients are always fresh, the restaurant is spotless, and the staff are genuinely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile and seated right away. Service is fast without ever feeling rushed. The pho is absolutely amazing, rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles and generous portions of meat. Every bite tastes like it was made with care. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick lunch or bringing friends for dinner, you’ll leave satisfied and already planning your next visit.

My standard go to pho place now that Pho Ha Noi is $25 per bowl. I ordered the Beef stew with wide noodles #30 $15 Large and my friend the medium. Ended up about $20pp.
