Haven't been back since COVID and noted ownership and most likely chef has been changed. Dumplings were decent and fresh. Xinjiang noodles did not taste the same as before. Onion cake was okay so as the other appetizers.

One of the hidden gem in the SF area! The noodle was amazingly good with the texture and favor - the one I got was E19. I also got the skewer which has perfect seaoning that suited my taste. Highly recommended!!

But the reality is it’s more of a culture barrier than bad service—the owner is genuinely friendly once you engage, and you can tell how much pride they take in their food. If you’re looking for flashy ambiance, this isn’t it. But if you want some of the best handmade noodles and dumplings in SF, this is the place.
