We had very cheerful service on the sunny patio with good bites and vibes.

Extremely slow service, but decent food / nice ambiance. There were only ~5 tables occupied, but we had to wait almost an hour to get brunch food. When we complained, the wait staff (who to be fair, was very kind and respectful), apologized and mentioned that they only had one person in the kitchen. Hope we could've gotten a heads up cause this affected our plans for the day.

This has rapidly become my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood. At a time when other restaurants are decreasing foods quality to save costs, it's a real pleasure to see the care with which the chef prepares the food here, and how willing he is to make adjustments for gluten sensitivity. The service here is also very good - people seem to genuinely enjoy working here, which makes a huge difference.
