Great bahn mi sandwiches and spring rolls. Staff is always friendly. Parking is easy. It is take-out only but there are picnic tables next door. Food is fresh and delicious.

Ordered the pork banh mi and it didn't taste fresh. Seems the recipe has also changed for it and it's less desirable. For $15 per sandwich, the value isn't there for me and I won't be back
