owner was fantastic, went for the first time and love the quality and the service. You can tell there’s a lot of pride and care put into the recipes. Definitely thrilled to support a local shop that is excellent at what they do. The ghost pepper flavours are insane haha. I loved the lemon pepper dry rub !!! great batter to actual chicken ratio … you are actually getting good protein macros :)

This is some of the best fried chicken I've had anywhere in the US. It was also really easy to check allergies.
