Been coming here for many years. Hole in the wall spot with big portions and affordable prices! They have pretty much everything you could think of in a typical Chinese restaurant. They serve dim sum in the morning. $3 rice noodles and $2 small porridge is such a steal. I recommend calling to place an order since parking is limited.
