サンフランシスコ国際空港に　Boudin Bakeryのクラムチャウダーで　有名なパン屋さんが有りました。フィッシャーマンズワーフでも利用クラムチャウダーを食べました。普通に美味しかったです。なかなかパンは硬いので歯の噛み合わせの弱い方は　無理かもですね。多分パンを噛み切れないですね。手でちぎるのもなかなか力が入ります。しかし　このパンはとても栄養価が高いんです。サンフランシスコの友人からの話ですがこのパンを　サンフランシスコに来たら是非　食べてみてと言われました。このパン生地作る際フレッシュサワードウスターター（サワードウ種・元種）を小麦粉またはライ麦粉と水を混ぜ合わせ、空気中の天然酵母と細菌によって自然発酵させた種であり、パン生地を膨らませるために使われます。発酵が進むと泡が出て酸味のある香りがするようです。風味豊かで栄養価の高いパンとなるそうです。【サワードウスターターのポイント】天然の力で発酵: 酵母と細菌の働きで、パンに風味と独特の酸味を与えます。パン生地の基材: サワードウはパン生地そのものではなく、パン生地を作る際に、小麦粉や水など他の材料と合わせて使用されます。栄養価の向上: サワードウでパンを焼くと、ビタミンやミネラルが豊富になり、消化にも良いとされています。 Googleで　サワードウ調べてみたんですが身体に　良いパンなんだなと思いました。また来た際には　挑戦してみます。店内での　買い物ですがオーダーのある方はパネルの大で　オーダーして順番を待ちます。たまたま　順番待ちをしていたら前の方がご年配の女性で　オーダーされておらず　困っていたので　お手伝いしました。オーダー用のパネルは２台しかないので結構待ちました。出てくるのにも時間がかかります。搭乗時間が1時間以上余裕のある方は　良いですが　ギリギリの方は　混み具合にもよりますがオーダーはしない方が良いですね。私は今回カリフォルニアバーガーを頼みました。お菓子系や土産物も買い物しました。 30分くらいかかってしまったので反省ですね。しかしながら　このバーガーのバンズはバター風味が強く　とても美味しかったです。買って良かったです。中のお肉は少し歯応えのある食感でした。私はドリンクとサワークリーム系のポテトを買ったり土産にクラムチャウダーの缶🥫を買いました。オーダーしない買い物の商品は　人のいる別のレジで会計するシステムですね。是非　立ち寄ってみてお買い物してみたらよろしいかと　思います。

I did not eat here, so i cannot speak to the quality of the food. That being said, they have $5 beers ($6 with tax and sf mandate) in their fridge, which is half the price of anywhere else in the airport. That alone makes it a very nice place to visit
