We recently hosted a private event at Bearing West and the experience was a total delight from start to finish. Jeff and team went above and beyond to make everything seamless and enjoyable. From the initial planning to the day of the event, communication was responsive and collaborative, allowing for a stress-free experience. The space was perfect for mingling and seating. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that provided a comfortable, at-home vibe for our guests. They were also super flexible with decor, open to all my changing concepts and offered great suggestions along the way. The food was a big hit! Everything was served with attention to detail and they helped manage last minute dietary requests. Timing was perfect and everything flowed effortlessly. Guests are still raving about the meal and many have returned to dine. Overall, it was a memorable experience that exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend Bearing West for any occasion and confident you will be well taken take care of.
