Food is a solid 3/5. It was very bland but partly because they probably assumed we wouldn't like spicy when we actually love it. They never asked for spice level. Portions aren't that big. My curry had a few tiny pieces of tofu and like 4 small half cuts of potatoes... Mainly went because of the 4.5 rating on here and being in the area at the time. I am honestly shocked it's rated so high. Maybe the atmosphere is kind of authentic with all the posters and signs and people like coming here to socialize and drink. The staff was friendly but with some awkward moments. At one point the guy turns his head to stare at me as he's pickup up used plates and he spills some liquid from a chicken dish onto our table. He saw my shocked face but he never came back to wipe it down. We had to use one of the only 2 paper napkins they gave us to wipe it down. I will say the prices are lower than other major Thai restaurants in the city but the size reflects that.

We found this jam while trying to avoid the crowd in Japan Town. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Every dish we tried was delicious.
