amazing little spot, had the pleasure of being privately served by chef Jin and his family. very high quality fish. especially liked the liver appetizer and miso soups which were new to me. various toro selection. incredible value for the omakase just $100. they fly fish in from Japan twice weekly. he trained Kabuto chef too down the street. very well seasoned, never touched the soy sauce. highly recommend. will be back soon, thanks chef!!
