I've been frequenting Aditi for the last few years, and this visit - with a group of 6 of us - fell a bit short. While the food was delicious (standouts include the gobi manchurian and the chicken 555, alongside the garlic naan) the timing was off. The carbs came all at once - biryani, paratha, and naan - which resulted in the entrees being past their prime once we were able to eat them together. In an age where restaurants optimize for take-out, it's pretty wild that we were the ONLY people dining and yet the timing of our dishes were still off. I would hope they pay just as much attention - if not more - to in-restaurant diners moving forward.
