Se for assim que abrir, prepare-se pra pegar uma fila longa e apenas um atendente pra registrar o pedido e depois preparar. As cadeira estavam sujas e grudentas

The waitress who served us was execrable. I don't know if she understood English or if she was pretending. I kindly asked her for an article, I kindly told her that she was wrong. She rolled her eyes and talked to her colleague about us (no luck, I speak French, English and Portuguese). I had given too much change as she had made a mistake the first time in pastry and she had the nerve to give me a math lesson. In short, I don't understand the good grades, or you were lucky to come across someone kind.

I went in porto a month ago and just wanted a coffee since my flight arrived late. The student who took my order was really rude. She first didn't hear my "hi" i guess and didn't want to take my order until i would say "hello". Then she spoke in portuguese, saw i didnt understand, looked down on me and translated in English, THE SAME SCENE FOR EACH SENTENCE (it took a lot of time). She only stop her attitude after 10min because i was starting crying...
