Fiz uma encomenda na uber e não mandaram a bebida e o meu cachorro estava completamente frio..liguei para a roulote vitor e despacharam-me logo,...disseram para eu reclamar com a uber ,ke eles devolvem o dinheiro...agora eu pergunto:por acaso é a uber que põe a encomenda no saco????thanks mas nunca mais encomendo nada!!!!!

Infelizmente, tive uma péssima experiência. Fiz um pedido que nunca chegou, e além da demora absurda, o atendente foi totalmente despreparado. Faltou educação, empatia e profissionalismo na hora de resolver a situação. Uma decepção total. Não recomendo e com certeza não volto a pedir.
