Merveilleux! N’hésitez surtout pas à sortir un tout petit peu du centre si vous cherchez un très bon restaurant de sushis. Nous avons pris un sashimis assortiment du chef (pas de besoin de sauce tellement le poisson était bon!), tataki de saumon et des « hot rolls » philadelphia. Rien à voir avec ce que vous pouvez manger ailleurs, ces makis sont grillés autour un vrai délice! Sans compter l’excellent et savoureux riz crispy twisté par le chef qui bat tous les riz ordinaire! Ce que nous garderons aussi en mémoire sont la gentillesse et l’accueil très chaleureux du chef et de notre serveuse. Un resto japonais de quartier qui ne lésine ni sur la qualité ni sur l’originalité! Merci encore pour ce délicieux repas!
