Os pedidos ainda sao feitos pelo empregado a anotar num bloco de notas. Nos dias de hoje o mais normal é o tablet na mesa para se pedir diretamente da mesa para a cozinha. Ausência de multibanco. levar dinheiro porque neste sitio funciona tudo com tecnologia de 1998
