ESTE ESTABELECIMENTO NÃO PAGA AOS FUNCIONÁRIOS! Sou ex-trabalhador do Ichiban e gostaria de partilhar a minha experiência em relação à conduta do restaurante no que diz respeito ao tratamento dos seus colaboradores. É inaceitável que uma empresa, que depende diretamente do trabalho árduo da sua equipa, não esteja a honrar os seus compromissos e pagamento de salários. O Ichiban é uma empresa que NÃO SÓ SE ATRASA COM OS PAGAMENTOS COMO FICAM EM FALTA! Vários funcionários já tiveram salários em atraso, por pagar e consequentemente tiveram de sair da empresa no período em que lá estive. Ainda estou à espera de um pagamento que era para ter sido efetuado até 15 de maio - já se passaram 2 meses e meio! É humilhante termos todos de constantemente mendigar e perguntar pelo salário. Os funcionários merecem respeito, valorização e, acima de tudo, o cumprimento dos seus direitos. Não pagar a colaboradores não é apenas imoral, mas também ilegal. Não queria chegar a este ponto mas depois de literalmente CENTENAS de chamadas e mensagens que foram ignoradas propositadamente pelo Sr. João César Machado ao longo destes meses, não me restou outra opção, mesmo depois de avisado que esta crítica aconteceria. É fundamental que os consumidores tenham consciência do que acontece nos estabelecimentos que frequentam. Apoiar empresas que exploram os seus trabalhadores é compactuar com essa prática!

It is not japanese food anymore, the chef is not japanese it changed, they need to learn how to cook japanese food. The sushimen need years of experience, the quality now is the same as any chinese restaurant who tries to make japanese food. It was my favorite restaurant, now it's a disappointment, I don't recommend at all. No wonder it was so empty.
