I cannot even begin to describe my dinner at Gruta. This restaurant does not just serve food, but it is offers a whole new culinary experience. From the fresh oil and crunchy bread to the way each piece of food is placed on the plate (like a work of art), the chef has made sure to pay close attention to every single detail. And it is perfect. The epitome of cuisine. This was the absolute best experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I would fly all the way back to this city just for one more dinner at this restaurant. Besides the food, the atmosphere is also exquisite. The staff is extremely friendly and genuinely kind (shoutout to Lipi xxx). Everyone was very attentive, they always explain each dish when they present it on the table and they are also very considerate. I truly cannot recommend this restaurant enough. It was simply perfect.
