Muito bem recebidos comida espetacular , para nosso espanto no final na conta vinha uma dita sugestão de gorjeta já incluída na conta , achamos completamente desnecessário e estragou o encanto todo que tínhamos tido pelo espaço ! A gorjeta é opcional , no entanto fica de muito mau grado já vir colocada na conta da vontade de não deixar nem mais um cêntimo ! Para deixar que visto que não éramos hóspedes e pagamos em dinheiro tivemos que sair do restaurante ir até a recepção esperar pelo suposto troco , no entanto na recepção estavam com um problema e pedi à colaboradora para me entregar o devido troco no restaurante onde a minha mulher estava lá sozinha à espera visto que eu tive que me deslocar para ir a outro sítio oagr só porque fiz o pagamento em numerário não faz muito sentido . Ahhh e atenção o troco da primeira vez veio errado e da segunda veio certo , derivado a todo o requinte à volta envolvido por essas atitudes deixa a desejar .

From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with genuine warmth and a smile that made us feel right at home. Throughout the meal, she was attentive without being intrusive, effortlessly balancing professionalism with a personal touch that made the evening feel special. Her friendly demeanor, helpful recommendations, and sincere care for our dining experience truly stood out. Estanciana is a gem, and her hospitality is a big reason why we’ll be returning to Aroma. Five stars all around!
