Comprei o chocolate do Dubai neste estabelecimento. Uma coisa é certa, tem bastante recheio, no entanto não se sente nada de pistachio, pelo menos foi essa a experiência que tive. Achei estranho que após pedirem o meu feedback e expô-lo a resposta foi esta: “Não é esse o feedback que temos 😒”. É estranho reagir assim a um feedback, o natural e racional seria verificar o que se passou e melhorar o produto. Todo o processo de encomenda foi simples e a comunicação excelente, o que deixou a desejar foi o pós-venda.

Estive sentada à espera de ser atendida durante 20min. Quando cheguei o funcionário desta casa viu-me a sentar. Voltou a passar e ignorou com sucesso. Estavam apenas duas mesas ocupadas que entretanto se retiraram. Péssimo comportamento.
