Coole Reiterstatue direkt neben der Kathedrale. Sie zeigt Vímara Peres, einen bedeutenden Ritter und Gründer der Grafschaft Portucale im 9. Jahrhundert – ein früher Vorläufer des heutigen Portugals. Beeindruckend in Szene gesetzt, mit schönem Blick über die Stadt. Kein Highlight, aber ein markanter Punkt auf dem Kathedralenplatz.
