I'm Manchego, and the tortilla española (con patatas); is made exactly, exactly right. Cookked just to the point before the eggs are totally set. Stellar.

The croquetas were not fried enough… the chicken ones where mostly bechamel so they did not taste much… the mushroom ones where very tasty! I wish I could rate it higher as the service was great, but the food was not that good…
