The hamburger on the back of the regular menu is amazing. Great flavor combinations. The gobernador taco was also delicious. The dogs that hang around the restaurant are very well-behaved. The classic hip hop music was a fun choice too.

El servicio es definitivamente lo más rescatable porque realmente la mesera fue servicial y atenta. La hamburguesa me gustó por la fusión de sabores aunque sí estaba muy remojado el pan pese a ser preparado en el momento y el menú decía pan brioche y era un pan normal de abarrotería 👎🏻 podrían cuidar esos detalles porque se vuelve algo engañoso y provoca desconfianza. En general diría que la comida OK sin más pero sí estaría bien que se aclarara si es Perros del Mar o es otro negocio o cómo funciona, eso es demasiado confuso.

Sencillamente espectacular. Probamos el volcán de costilla, alambre y tacos de arrachera, cada bocado fue una explosión de sabor. La combinación de ingredientes está tan bien lograda que sientes todos los matices en el paladar, como si cada sabor despertara tus sentidos. Una experiencia culinaria que se queda grabada en la memoria. ¡Altamente recomendado!
