Caviar and ice cream… the combo you never knew you needed. Loved how creative and inventive all the dishes were but even the simplest ones were the most delicious (the melon!!) Seeing how all the insects were incorporated was mind boggling. Service was top notch!

Not that this place needs any more good reviews (well deserved!), but it is probably the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. My wife and I stopped by during our honey moon, and the service & food were amazing. Anyone who enjoys fine dining should experience this place at least once.

Esto si es una verdadera experiencia culinaria. Cada platillo te sorprende más que el otro. Allí se va a comer rico, con sabores diferentes, con texturas, que por lo menos yo nunca había probado. No es el lugar “fancy” para tomarte la foto. Es el lugar ideal para disfrutar de la creatividad de una persona que le puso empeño en crear platillos únicos, acompañado de un grupo sincronizado de trabajo. Nosotros estuvimos en la barra, y pudimos apreciar la dedicación que le ponen a cada cosa. La carne que nos sirvieron estaba justo en su punto, pero el chico que la preparó, pasó horas chequeando que todo estuviese bien. Fue una experiencia de 3 horas. Esos sabores nunca los olvidaré. No les voy a describir cada detalle para que vayan y lo comprueben por ustedes mismos jajajajaja.
