Tuve la oportunidad de vivir la experiencia del menú degustación en Em, y superó mis expectativas. La comida es técnicamente impecable y llena de sabor, destacando la creatividad y el respeto por los ingredientes mexicanos. Cada tiempo fue un deleite, y los postres fueron simplemente extraordinarios: equilibrados, delicados y memorables. El servicio fue excelente de principio a fin. En especial, la sommelier nos atendió con mucha calidez y conocimiento, guiándonos con precisión en el maridaje y haciéndonos sentir completamente acompañados durante la experiencia. Hay que considerar que el precio por persona es elevado, por lo que recomiendo ir con la expectativa de vivir una experiencia gastronómica completa, no solo una cena. Es ideal para celebraciones, ocasiones especiales o para quienes aprecian la alta cocina con identidad mexicana. 🔹 Lo mejor: los postres, el trato del equipo y la atención al detalle. 🔹 A considerar: el costo por persona puede ser alto si buscas algo más casual. La comida de este lugar estuvo muy buena, probamos el menú degustación y, en definitiva, es una experiencia distinta. Pero, sin duda, si algo recordaré del restaurante más allá de la comida, fue el servicio tan increíble que recibimos. Le pedí una recomendación a nuestra sommelier, Natalia, y su sugerencia estuvo muy acertada con lo que yo pedí, además de brindarnos una buena historia sobre el vino que escogimos. Adicionalmente, al preguntar sobre uno de los ingredientes que tenían nuestros postres, el cual desconocía (chamoy) nos lo describieron de la mejor forma posible. En fin, durante toda nuestra cena fueron muy amables y nos hicieron sentir muy comodos
