Tuve dos situaciones y espero les sirva: La primera fue que hice un pedido específicamente sin un ingrediente ya que una visita era alérgica, parece burla y me lo enviaron en exceso y ni siquiera fueron para disculparse o intentar cambiar producto (prácticamente me dieron a entender, que yo se lo quitara), la segunda es que hice otro pedido y a parte de que me lo enviaron tres horas después (fueron dos hamburguesas), dijeron que nunca salí, no tuve llamadas perdidas y su solución fue bloquearme, si me hubieran dicho que tardarían quizá lo hubiera entendido pero qué onda con bloquearme?, era cliente frecuente, nunca fui grosero, entonces porque ese trato?
