Have you ever tried Pork Brain!? Now is your chance to try Quesadillas de Sesos in a newly renovated Carnitas Los Cuates where the owners speak fluent English! These are absolutely exiting to try and I came to Carnitas Los Cuates in person both times I came to visit Mexico City from Canada although these are available for ordering online as well. I love the combination of combined flavours, crunch on the outside and tenderness on the inside, inside a home-like atmosphere where kids are very welcome. After I had one, I ordered a whole plate full per photo! Bon Appetit!
