From start to finish, this tasting menu was an unforgettable experience. Every course was beautifully presented, showcasing fresh vibrant flavors that highlight the best of Mexico’s culinary traditions with an inventive twist. The pacing of the meal was perfect, each dish flowed seamlessly to the next. I enjoyed the drink pairing and the portions were balanced so we could enjoy every bite. One of the best meals I’ve ever had and would recommend to anyone visiting Mexico City!
