La experiencia Clase de Paella me encantó ! El chef Alfonso brindó una excelente explicación sobre el platillo a la par que permitía involucrarnos en la preparación. El chef Sebastián nos consintió con dos entradas deliciosas mientras esperábamos la cocción de la paella. El mesero Daniel nos recomendó cócteles con Gin y Maracuya y la atención del mesero Elías fue de primer nivel. Mis felicitaciones a todo el equipo por esta gran experiencia a la que acudí como regalo de cumpleaños !

Contraté una experiencia en Fever para hacer paella… y terminé haciendo compas, risas y recuerdos con olor a brasa bendita. Desde el primer minuto, los chefs me explicaron todo como si me estuvieran preparando pa’ abrir mi propio changarro en Valencia pero con flow mexicano. El concepto: todo pasa por la parrilla, hasta tus emociones. Empezamos con una lechuga asada con nueces garapiñadas y manzana caramelizada…que si así supiera la vida sana, ya estaría fit. Luego un taco de chicharrón de picaña con cilantro criollo y verdolaga me hizo ver a Dios… y Dios traía mandil y pinzas parrilleras. La paella…eso no fue una receta, fue una carta de amor a la tradición. Sabor único, auténtico Esta tenía alma, carácter y sazón de abuela con acento español hecha por Mexicanos. De postre pedimos los dos porque no íbamos a andar con medias decisiones: El cheesecake a la parrilla y el pan de elote fueron magia calientita en cada cucharada. ¿Volvería? Ya estoy viendo en cuánto me sale vivir ahí en la azotea
