A bit underwhelmed overall. Our Pork serving was half the size of the plate at the table next to us. The duck was the star of the show. Good service.

The overall dining experience at Maximo was decent. The appetizers and entrees were just about okay. Nothing noteworthy. The dessert however was BRILLIANT. I'm giving a three star review only because we found 5 bones in our dish and that's unacceptable for a Michelin restaurant.
