As an American coffee nerd visiting Mexico City for the first time, this cafe is a diamond in the rough. Their beans are well developed and the flavor notes the owner gave before he served my pour over were surprisingly accurate. I had an exquisite cup. He knew what he was offering and it made the experience all the better. Local or visitor… this cafe is worth the stop and will bolster your interest in specialty coffees.
