Here, they not only expertly combine ingredients but also know how to present them properly, as much depends on presentation, if not everything.

Alabaster is decorated in a minimalist style, focusing on black and white hues that color the uneven stone walls up to the ceiling. Wooden furniture, gray chairs, and the silvery shine of ventilation tubes together create an atmosphere of industrial chic, untainted by hard labor and the noise of factory engines. The restaurant is divided into two rooms: in the first, traditional tapas are tasted, while in the second, customers await their ordered dishes, quelling their hunger with olives and crispy bread.
