Alabaster Restaurant is a fairly new establishment on Madrid's gastronomic map that has already managed to garner many fans among both locals and visitors to the capital. Here, they not only expertly combine ingredients but also know how to present them properly, as much depends on presentation, if not everything.

Alabaster is decorated in a minimalist style, focusing on black and white hues that color the uneven stone walls up to the ceiling. Wooden furniture, gray chairs, and the silvery shine of ventilation tubes together create an atmosphere of industrial chic, untainted by hard labor and the noise of factory engines. The restaurant is divided into two rooms: in the first, traditional tapas are tasted, while in the second, customers await their ordered dishes, quelling their hunger with olives and crispy bread.

Sólo tengo alabanzas para este restaurante, absolutamente todo lo que he comido en él está riquísimo, hacen la mejor merluza de Madrid, sin lugar a dudas, y las navajas son un escándalo, pero en realidad, cualquiera de sus platos es sorprendente. Para comidas de negocios siempre quedas bien. El servicio es excelente, el ambiente acogedor y la ubicación inmejorable.

¡Increíble cena! Cuando las cosas se hacen con mimo, pasión y cariño, se nota. Hemos ido dispuestos a entregarnos totalmente a disfrutar de una magnífica velada y así ha sido. Gracias a Óscar Marcos, un profesional de la cabeza a los pies, y a todo el equipo por habernos hecho sentir a mi mujer y a mí como en casa, por mostrarnos el local y por un trato excelente y un producto más que a la altura. Ya tenemos restaurante gallego favorito en la capital. Maridaje de vinos estupendo y un auténtico descubrimiento al que seguro regresaremos. Tenéis un servicio muy atento y amable, preocupándoos por el cliente siempre y porque esté a gusto. Restaurantes como el vuestro y profesionales como vosotros son los que yo siempre defenderé. ¡Enhorabuena! 🥂😌.
