Came here a few weeks ago to meet friends for coffee, I had an iced mocha which was fine but nothing to write home about. The main disappointment however was that I asked if I could use their toilet (they don’t have one for public use, which isn’t great anyway) but I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy so asked if I could use their staff toilet, but the girl serving said no. I do know it’s not a legal requirement but I think it was just poor customer service. I would have understood if I’d not ordered anything but I was a paying customer. Anyway in the end I drank up and told my friends to meet me somewhere else (which had a toilet)
