14.5% service charge is ridiculous. When asked waiter said they had increased it recently and dropped their pay acccordingly. Bob Bob Ricard you can do better than this.

I visited for the first time yesterday , and I am truly looking forward to coming back. Special shout out to the bar staff Juan, and Kelvin who are my new favorite people, and the Director ( sorry I didn’t catch your name ) . Very nice, attentive and informative. Food was really good , and I am definitely going to go back in one more time before heading back to the US!
