really great half roast. this restaurant cooks white meat in a way ive never had before. the burger could be less heavy on the tartness and more focused on the crispy juicy chicken centre. i felt that it overwhelmed the simplicity that made the chicken so good in the burger. i would mark down for it. but the schnitzel, beautifully thinned, perfectly crusted, topped with garlic butter, brilliant choice - would still make the whole dining experience 10/10. waiter was awesome as well.
