I feel bad giving 3 stars because our table host, Jayda, was absolutely incredible—warm, energetic, and attentive from start to finish. The steak was cooked perfectly too. Unfortunately, after our meal we had a disappointing experience with our cocktails. We ordered three pear and ginger margaritas, but each arrived barely half-filled. We had photos from the same drinks we’d ordered earlier (and the week before), so we knew this wasn’t right. When we raised it, a manager (red hair, dressed in black) came over with a dismissive attitude, insisting drinks are measured and suggesting it was just the ice. She wasn’t customer-focused at all and made the situation unnecessarily unpleasant, so we asked her to leave the table. Because of this poor service, and paying full price for what was essentially half a cocktail, our visit sadly only gets 3 stars, despite Jayda’s fantastic service.
