On a Friday night Balfour St Bart's was very quiet and had no energy of it's own. The staff, while helpful when engaged with, we're kind of apathetic and didn't engage much with their limited amount of customers. It wasn't clear if there was any table service but we didn't receive any table service. The venue closed at 10pm which is early for a central London bar and given I was there on a booking made by a third party that was a bit on the rude side.
