Beautiful setting for a classy, refined tasting experience focused on British seasonal produce with superbly curated wine pairings. The dining room is beautiful and the service is 10/10 from the moment you enter til when you leave. We adored all the courses - 10/10 for all the fish, sweetcorn, and the puds - just the duck wasn’t great, skin was chewy and it lacked flavour and was a bit dry. Can’t say enough for the wine pairings, some of the most expertly matched to the dishes I’ve seen. Loved it and will be back.
