Everything we tried was excellent, fresh, and full of flavour. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming, though it does get busy and a bit noisy at peak times. Particular thanks to Karol for looking after us so well!

- Great location - Good ambience - cosy family run style restaurant. - Good quality of food- ordered cima di rapa, a classic from Puglia region. Generous portion (unlike most restaurants in London, which is a plus) authentic taste. Though orecchiette could be a bit more al dente but it's just my personal preference. - Good service. My special request for pecorino was catered for. credit to the waitress with pony tail. She also gave good suggestion on wine pairing with my primo. Though I do have a feeling that not all staff in the restaurant have the same level of understating on Italian cuisine as my special request was rejected claiming such option is not available at all in the restaurant. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience in Apuglia, considered this is the London in 2025 and I had a crave for decent Pugliese cruisine.
