Pros - The coffee is genuinely amazing, always a 10. I usually just get an iced latte with soy milk but the Kyoto latte is great, same for the mocha if you like your drink sweet. - The people are really nice to me - When it's not busy, the vibes are good Cons - So overpriced, they need to turn it down a notch - The matcha is AWFUL, I couldn't even drink it - No coconut milk option :( + the soy milk doesn't mix well in an iced coffee
