Food was good and up to nandos usual standard, however my experience here was made slightly worse by the staff especially the one who was seating people. I was shouted at for standing inside the restraunt by the counter that says wait here to be seated. She shouted at me to go stand outside when there was no indication or signage to wait there. She then seemed horrified I wanted to sit alone and sort of clicked her teeth whilst walking me to my seat. When given my glass for refill drink it took a good 20 mins to get to me and when it did the staff member didn't acknowledge me just slammed the glass down onto the table. Food came with a staff member who saved the day and was very polite. Shame how the front of house staff acted, I understand people have busy days but no need to be as rude as she was.

Freda was the most welcoming hostess I have ever found at a nandos. Thanks for being so friendly
